Protection of Personal Information

In accordance with that provided in Organic Law no. 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Information, ESPACIOS TERMOLUDICOS, S. A. (hereinafter, TERMARIA) informs the USER that:

(i) Personal information, including the e-mail address that the USER provides upon completing and sending the forms appearing on the PORTAL, will be incorporated in TERMARIA databases so that this data can be handled, by automated processes or not, as well as that that may be generated by the corresponding business relationship which the USER may initiate with TERMARIA.

(ii) The purposes for which TERMARIA uses the aforementioned data will be those indicated in the notice “Regime for the handling of personal information and the e-mail address” on the corresponding form. The purposes include that of sending the USER, including via e-mail or any other equivalent electronic means, publicity or promotional information of a general nature or adapted to the USER’s commercial profile about the products and services that TERMARIA or the companies of the CAJA DE AHORROS DE GALICIA business group may market at any time.

(iii) In the aforementioned notice “Regime for the handling of personal information and the e-mail address” the USER will be sufficiently informed with regard to the obligatory or voluntary nature of the reply to the questions asked in the respective forms and of the consequences of refusing to provide the data requested.

(iv) The USER may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in accordance with that provided in the current legislation, by writing to the TERMARIA Customer Service Department, which is the entity responsible for the databases, at the following address: Avenida de Linares Rivas, 30-3.º C.P. 15005 - La Coruña.

  (v) By sending any of the forms that appear on the PORTAL the USER gives his unequivocal consent to the “Regime for the handling of personal information and of the e-mail address” which is described in the notice about the authorised regime on the corresponding form.

(vi) However, upon filling in the corresponding form, the USER may reject the receipt of publicity or promotional information by clicking on the box included for this purpose. Similarly, if the USER wishes to revoke, at any time, the consent given for the receipt of publicity or promotional information by e-mail or any other equivalent electronic means of communication, it will be enough to notify TERMARIA by sending a message to the e-mail address indicated below: bajas.lopd@cxg.es.

(vii) TERMARIA will handle the personal information that the USER provides in strictest confidence, fitting that provided in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Protection of Personal Information and the rules that implement or complement it and applying the necessary technical and organisational measures that guarantee the security of the data and avoid their alteration, loss and unauthorised handling or access.

COOKIES

TERMARIA may use cookies when the USER navigates the PORTAL. These cookies, activated by the server with the domain name www.termaria.es, are small data files that are stored on the USER’s computer and that allow our systems to obtain information relating to the specific tab of the PORTAL which the USER visited last time as well as the USER's preferences in navigating the PORTAL, all of which are for statistical purposes and to improve the services and adapt them to the USER’s preferences. These cookies have limited validity. In any case, acceptance of the cookies by the USER is not essential for visiting and operating the PORTAL, so the USER may reject the use of cookies by appropriately configuring their navigator.
